Willows of Coventry provides
so many amenities, beautiful
and spacious apartments, great
views and gorgeous
landscaping. Neighbors are
friendly, and noise and
disruptions minimal. Office
staff are helpful and
supportive, and available
almost 24/7. The community
provides the best of both
worlds, reasonably close to
work and some great shopping,
but also tucked away enough to
achieve the quiet and privacy
I need to relax. Moving here
was one of the best decisions
I ever made.

It's worth the price we pay.
Office staff is nice and
maintenance is always here
stat when we call them. Plus
they have done things for us
such as remove a dead duck off
of our porch. Safe community
to walk in and the pond view
is beautiful. My biggest
complaint would be inadequate
parking. I get home from work
late and sometimes have to
walk far in the dark, but I
have always felt safe.

Willows is one of the best
Apartment Complex's around.
Full, Mature trees, great
lake, quiet neighborhood, nice
size balcony, spacious closets
& bathrooms. Best school
district in Fort Wayne. Pet
friendly. I cannot hear any
noise from the neighbors at
all, which is wonderful. I
could not ask for a better
place to live. I transferred
to Fort Wayne and thought I'd
just stay a year at the
Willows but I don't want to
leave. It feels like home and
the entire staff is helpful,
friendly and efficient. The
only exception is that it was
built in the 80's and is
starting to show it's age, but
the buildings have been
constantly maintained and
repaired when needed. Would
have been nice to have new
carpet when I moved in. The
carpet is old but not ugly. :)
